Helipads, sand, rooftops, ballrooms with a service lift too small for a concert grand. Our own crew, our own rigging, and every instrument insured.

Airlifted by helicopter, tuned at 210 metres, played the same evening. Rigging plan, insurance and crew were all ours.
A piano shell on open sand
Shells need no tuning and tolerate heat and humidity, so they go where an acoustic grand simply cannot — desert sites, beaches, poolside.
Long-term hire in hotels and restaurants
Monthly contracts with tuning included, scheduled around service hours so the room is never out of use.

From enquiry to the first note

You tell us the event
Venue, date, what the room looks like and what is being played. A photo of the space helps more than anything.

We specify the instrument
We recommend from the fleet — and say plainly when a shell or a digital beats an acoustic grand.

We survey access
Doors, lifts, stairs, floor loading, rigging. This is the step that goes wrong when it is skipped.

Delivery, tuning, standby
We place it, tune it once it has settled, dress it, and stay reachable until it is collected.

Questions
Before you ask us
How far in advance should I book?
For concert grands in season, two to four weeks. For shells, digital and design pieces we can often turn a booking around in 48 hours. Ask anyway — we hold a large fleet precisely so late requests are possible.
Do you deliver outside Dubai?
Yes. We deliver across the UAE and run over 100 events a year elsewhere in the GCC. Tell us the emirate or the country and we will confirm access and timing.
Is the piano tuned before we play?
Always, and on site after it has settled in the room — not at our warehouse. Temperature and humidity move a piano, so tuning it before it travels is pointless.
Can you put a piano outdoors?
A piano shell can go almost anywhere, including sand and poolside, because it needs no tuning. An acoustic grand outdoors depends on shade, humidity and cover — we will tell you honestly whether it is sensible.
What happens if something goes wrong on the night?
A technician is reachable through your event, and on site when the booking calls for it. Every instrument is insured while it is with you.
Do you rent for months rather than days?
Yes. Hotels, restaurants and schools mostly take long-term contracts with tuning included and scheduled around your operating hours.
Can you supply a pianist as well?
We can put you in touch with pianists we work with regularly. Tell us the style and the length of the set.
